1. What this is
Swiftly Player is a client for your own Jellyfin server. Every feature for watching is free. Optional Supporter extras change how Swiftly looks and say thank you. They never lock a feature for watching.
2. Supporter extras
Monthly: 1.99 € per month, VAT included. Lifetime: 19.99 € once, VAT included. Tips (1.99, 4.99 or 9.99 €, or an amount you choose) unlock nothing.
3. Lifetime
Lifetime lasts for as long as Swiftly Player is offered, on all your devices under the same store account or the same Supporter Pass. If Swiftly Player is discontinued, Lifetime lasts until the last update.
4. Monthly plan
It renews every month until you cancel. Bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel there, in your account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Bought on this website: use "Cancel your plan" on the supporter page or the link in your confirmation email. The plan ends with the period you paid for. The extras then pause; your settings stay saved.
5. Payment
In the App Store you pay Apple, in Google Play you pay Google, on this website you pay Link (by Stripe). That provider is the seller and sends you the receipt.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
If you buy on this website, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless you expressly agreed that delivery starts right away and confirmed that this ends your right of withdrawal. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules. Apart from that, write to info@swiftlyplayer.com and I will look at your case.
7. Credits
Your name appears only if you tick the box. It is removed when you ask.
8. Liability
Swiftly Player is free software under the MPL-2.0 and comes without warranty as far as the law allows.
9. Applicable law
German law applies. Your mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live stay as they are.
